Looking to network: customers deploying Opportunity Marketplace without ORC for job requisitions

My organization is planning to deploy the Opportunity Marketplace to our employees later this year. We are not using ORC and thus will have all job requisitions/postings in a separate ATS. We plan to position the Opportunity Marketplace as a place for gigs, short term opportunities, project roles, volunteer opportunities, and learn about potential career paths via "career roles" — we have built out a large library of job profiles. I would love to speak with other customers who have done something similar and how you have either brought your jobs into the Opportunity Marketplace to be displayed alongside gigs
