Tracking Knowledge Articles Sent by Agents

Similar to the Standard Text Utilized by Agents report, I'd like to be able to track which knowledge base articles are being sent to our members, and by which agent.  Unlike the above mentioned report though, I'd like to be able to track this for incidents AND chat.  Is anyone aware if this is currently possible?  Or is this something for the Idea Lab...
