Small Font on Oracle Recruitment Site header and job search areas

I am in charge of the work to create our company's recruitment site within Oracle. We are a state agency and are held to high accessibility standards. The areas being flagged by our Communication Department and our accessibility software are the top header bar and the search area. The font is very small, and I am unable to find a way to make this any larger. I have reviewed the Oracle Career Site Configuration site, but that did not assist in this.
