    • Importing Intercompany Balancing Rules - Error

    Summary:

    I have a large volume of balancing rules (20k) defined at the primary balancing segment which I would like to enter in bulk via FDI. I was able to export and download the setup data, but when I updated the template to include new lines for an import, the import failed with the following error message.

    JBO-FUN:::FUN_ACCT_LE_INVALID: <MESSAGE><NUMBER>FUN-720120</NUMBER><TEXT>You must enter a valid legal entity.</TEXT><CAUSE</CAUSE><ACTION></ACTION><DETAILS></DETAILS><INCIDENT></INCIDENT></MESSAGE>

    I know the legal entity name and legal entity id are not an issue because they were derived from a system extract and checked multiple times. All of the fields in the "FUN_BALANCING_INTERCOMPANY_RULE" template file are populated correctly (see attached zip).
