    Migration of My Services to Cloud Console

    Please be advised that your Responsys subscription service management user interface will be migrated from the My Services Cloud Classic Console to the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Console. This effort will occur over the coming weeks, starting the week of March 30, 2025.

    What's Changing?

    The service management administration for all Oracle cloud services on the My Services Cloud Classic Console will be migrated to the Oracle Cloud Console. The upcoming migration continues Oracle's ongoing efforts to provide greater consistency, transparency and customer control of the environment, user, and notification management processes. It is important to note that there is no change in how the services run or how your users use the services.
