Filter for incidents about to go out of standard

I've created a report for our team that counts incidents that are open and past their SLA - Overdue requests. The team would now like a second count on the report to display all the incidents that are just below 1 full business day before going out of standard.

I use the filter below to limit the requests in my report that are already overdue. I was hoping to do a second report using a similar filter but using "Between" as the operator. Unfortunately, "Between" is not an option with this expression.

Any advice on how to calculate incidents that are about to go out of standard?
