Options to view resume as Link without getting it downloaded in collect feedback action.

Summary:

Hi,

Is there an option to make the resume link available in the collect feedback notification to be available as URL instead of downloading it into our system which is against policy for most of the organizations.

Is there any workaround to send resume/CVs for interviewer without getting it downloaded in thier system.
