Oracle CX Account Address Approval Process
We are implementing PRM for our customer and once we do that , our system will be exposed to many more users. We do not want them to add junk address against customers. For this, we want to implement and address validation functionality. As part of this, a Partner can not directly add address against an account. Partner can only submit a request and then we will call an approval workflow through which an approval can validate all address addition requests, manually validate and approve it. Only upon this approval, the address must be fully created in CX. Any suggestions
