When Leaders/Line Managers go to My Team > Career and Performance > Talent Ratings and select a person whose Performance Document has been completed, latest/current rating is not populating under Performance Rating section:

In the Performance Template > Structure > Overall Summary, Manager Role Update Profile column is set to "Yes" and View Talent Rating role has been added but it is still not populating the ratings.
