Reporting on Audit Trail (Incidents)

Hopefully someone out there can point me in the right direction. I'm rather new to RightNow, so apologies if this is a fairly obvious request.

What I am trying to achieve: I want to produce a report based on the Audit Trail area of RightNow. The purpose of my report is to try and show the number of Incidents where an Area Office has had some involvement at some point in the Incident's history, not necessarily the currently Assigned Group. I want to apply a filter/display the Description details (This field contains the Area Office name) i.e. where Type = Assigned + then group by the last  assigned Area Office name.
