Percentage Calculation

Hi,

We have a requirement of Calculating the percentage of Escalated Incidents and Cancelled Incidents, we have added two fields which gives us the value of Number of Escalated Incidents and Number Cancelled Incidents. The Value for Number Of Escalated Incidents is 55 and Number of Cancelled Incidents is 3, ideally speaking the Percentage should be higher for the former and lower for the later, however while using Report Percentage its showing the higher value of the Number of Cancelled Incidents is 100%. I want to know how to calculate the exact percentage according to the values in the field.
