Succession Organization Chart shows Red Flag only in first 2 tabs
Summary:
When a manager views the Succession Organization Chart they can see the employee's red flag under Directs with Plans and Directs Without Plans tab. But when they look under the All Reports with Plans tab the same employees red flag does not appear in this tab. Can someone confirm this is the design and provide some context to this set up.
