Loading the performance document rating shows an error while trying to add ratings via HDL

While trying to load the performance document via HDL, it shows an error.

'The value provided for the Participant Role Type attribute isn't valid. Check your data and try again.'

The performance document is transferred to a new employee. The role type code is used as 'MANAGER'

The HDL used is as follows.
