Profile strength counter is not updated

Summary:

When a worker is upodating his/her profile and complete the different sections, the section counter in profile strength is not updated unless you exit and enter again in the page. Is there any way to get the counter updated?

Example, a new worker enter in his profile (0/5 section is displayed in profile strength):

Then he enters a new language skill, but profile strength still shows 0/5 sections completed:

If he goes back and then return to the page, then profile strength shows 1/5 sections completed correctly:

It is confusing for users that think that they have to click on any button to save or submit the information. Is it possible to get the counter updated in real time?
