Can we successfully rollout Redwood Benefits, before Redwood HCM Core HR and Payroll?
Summary:
We are thinking the phased approach to Redwood is best, starting with Redwood Benefits. Are there any dependencies on Oracle Core HR and Oracle Payroll to also be on Redwood to have a successful Redwood Benefits adoption? And we will be introducing Redwood during our Open Enrollment in June 2025 (I believe we will be on 25B).
Of concern are issues with "Contacts" (accessed by HCM Person Management/Person/Contacts, and Benefits' People to Cover) and information for Benefits Relationships.
What is the recommended Redwood approach?
What are the challenges if we start with Redwood Benefits before HCM Core HR and Payroll?
