Use HCM Communicate to Send Email Notifications to New Hires

Summary:

We are looking to create an email notification for a select group of hires that would go out to them as of their date of hire. This email notification would include some welcoming verbiage to the company and a link that would take them to our internal company web site. We currently use Onboarding Journey notifications for task's that include pre-hire, hire, and post hire tasks that associates can take advantage of, but the email notifications are geared towards task's that need to be completed within Oracle and from my understanding cannot be edited.
