REDWOOD: Unable to stop Hiring Manager info from defaulting into Offer Info

Summary:

In Responsive UI, When Hiring manager is added to a requisition, the system asks if we want to populate Legal Employer, Business Unit, etc from HM data. it gives us an option to select Yes or No. (Screenshot below)

However, in Redwood UI, we do not get that option - the moment Hiring manager is populated, offer info section attributes are defaulted automatically. This is causing an issue with the intended process at our org, as we do not want the defaulting of Legal Employer, Department, etc from HM assignment data. We are using Requisition templates and would like to retain the information that is defaulting from the template.
