Need to Hide Share "With Any Person" in Goal Management (Development and Performance)

Summary: Our users should not be able to share with any person in the enterprise when sharing goals. How can we hide the option for share > "any person" in Redwood Goals via Me > My Goals > Share With > XXXXXX.

This has a lot of risk for us and we need to remove it ASAP. Any help is welcome. Thank you
