We are trying to process salary change event for an employee but are facing the below error:
The participant must be enrolled in a valid plan before designating a beneficiary. (BEN-990153)
This error does not let process any of the event for this employee.

We see that on their enrollment screen they have two enrollments under the same plan and option which should not be the case. Also even though the open event is effective 1/1/2025, the plan start date is 1/1/2024.

The only difference seems to be is in the election date.

Howdy, Stranger!
