How can we delete performance goals that have been completed?

Summary:

A worker has marked the performance goal as completed but has now decided that this is not relevant anymore and doesn't want this to be included in the performance document. But the option to edit or delete the goal is now unavailable (greyed out). Do we have a way to delete a performance goal that has been marked as "completed"?
