Assistance Required for OTBI Report – 360 Feedback Choices and Responses

Dears,

We have a requirement to create an OTBI report that displays the questions, the full list of choices, and the responses provided in the 360 feedback section of the performance document.

While creating the analysis with the "Workforce Performance – Performance Rating Real Time" subject area, we are currently able to retrieve only the choices selected by the participants. However, our requirement is to display all available choices for each question, with the selected option clearly indicated.

Could you please advise on how to achieve this in OTBI?
