How can I create a report with basic column filters?

Still relatively new to Oracle Service Cloud, and the reports builder tool is different from what I'm accustomed to (MS Access for example).

I'm trying to do something that is very basic and which I've been able to do in other reporting environments, but I've been running into problems here.  I'd like to create a 4- or 5-column report with the following headers/columns:

Name of Queue -- Incidents Created today -- Incidents Solved today -- Incidents Still Unresolved -- Oldest Incident in Queue

It'd simply list our queues, with a number in each cell that is a count of incidents meeting the condition of the column.

Howdy, Stranger!
