How to update Processing Option on an existing deduction element to "process once per pay period"

Hello,

We have a deduction that I need to update. The update I need to make is to remove the check mark next to Process once per pay period on a deduction element. When I try to edit or correct the element this area does not open up for me.

Any suggestions?
