How to transition the BFB Status from ACCEPTED to FINAL?

Summary:

When we directly run Create BFB with Print Final options, the status is directly set to 'FINAL'. However, when we submit with Print draft option, the status is in 'DRAFT' and later run confirm bfb job which changes status from DRAFT to 'ACCEPTED'

Is it possible to move the BFB Status (in AR_CONS_INV_ALL) from 'ACCEPTED' to 'FINAL'?
