Journeys Signature Pad signature image inconsistent behavior into document

Summary:

Case 1: Signature pad image not coming to report document unless employee clicks on 'view signed document link' on esignature task

Case 2: Signature pad image not coming to report document if employee types name (let's say they entered wrong), sign it in pad —> system throws error about name when submit —> employee corrects name and submit —> still signature image not appearing in document in DOR.

Case 3: Signature pad image not coming to report document if employee types name (let's say they entered RIGHT), sign it in pad —> submit still signature image not appearing in document in DOR. (unless they click on view signed document before click submit)
