How to style a report link column?

Hi,

I have a requirement to style a column, the only column of this report. It shows one row, a number and should be a link to a report showing the records. It show the number of my open, assigned incidents. However, when I style the column nicely, as soon as I add the report link to the column, it goes back to this URL-link style with a size 9pt or so, blue font with underline. When I remove the link, it goes back to the style I defined before. But how can I use that style when the column contains
