Corporate Card Transactions not getting inactivated

hi Team,

We have a scenario where the corporate Card transactions for Master Card is not getting inactivated even though the line is not added to the expense report. The process is completing successfully.

The documents that we have referred from Oracle states that the either the transaction has been added to expense report or payment has been done.

But wanted to confirm that the transactions we want to inactivate neither the payment has been done for the same nor they have been added to expense report.

And this is not the first time that we are doing it, till previous months it was working.
