Create Incident Report that shows Created by Time Period

I need to create a report that shows all the products that our customers own, as well as the number of incidents they have created in increments of column 1 - 6 months (180 days), Column 2 (greater than 180 day and less than or equal to 365 days), column 3 greater than 365.

I had a similar report that was deleted from  the system with the basic function string, so now I am stuck, as I am not a coder. Have read several posts, some using months, others using time, found nothing for greater/less than/equal to. I originally found the statement about two years ago. Up for any suggestions on how best to report this data.
