Review Period LOVs in Redwood My Goals page not showing

Hello experts,

we just implemented Redwood for Goals and Performance and some employees are facing issue wherein the My Goals page is just loading. When we checked it, some of the employees doesn't have review periods.

It's impossible because this employee already managed to add goals to her goal plan.

Can you help me identify the issue on this?
