How do I delete a "Highlight" in medical plan comparison?

Summary:

In setting up the plan comparison tool for the first time in a test pod,

I added several "Highlights" in error on the Plan Template, thinking at the plan level template if I didn't check, it would ynot displa vs showing as an "x". I tried deleted on the Plan Template to Compare but get an error saying I can't delete bec there are child records (eg groups, highlights, and components exist). I went to the Plan to edit, but there is no delete button beside the highlight:
