    • In the Customer merge How to get Original Party site details?

    We recently performed a customer merge activity in the non-PROD instance.

    To track the details of this activity, we developed a BIP report to display both the old and merged (new) customer records. While we are able to extract the details of the latest (merged) customer successfully, we are facing an issue retrieving the old customer information.

    Specifically, when querying the HZ_PARTY_SITES table using the old customer’s party_id, no data is returned.

    Could you please advise if there is another table we should refer to, or if there is an alternative approach to retrieve the old customer details post-merge?
