Job requisition is created even without clicking the “Save and Close” or “Submit” button in the new

Hi everyone,
In doing some test after introducing the new 25A Redwood for a customer, we noticed that if Hiring manager creates the job requisition and fills in the fields beyond the "Hiring Team" section, the job requisition is created automatically even if you leave the page or click "Cancel".

However, if Hiring Manager fill in the fields before the ‘Hiring Team’ section and leave the page or click “Cancel”, the job requisition will not be created.

How is it possible to deactivate the first option?

We would like the job requisition not to be created if you leave the page without saving or if you click ‘Cancel’.
