Summary:

During the compensation cycle, we make compensation change statements visible to managers and admin, but not the employee till a later date. However, managers are able to access their own compensation change statements from my team > view compensation change statements.
We're getting an SR raised, but want to alert others for potential impact.

The issue happens only on the Redwood page, the responsive page is working fine. The issue is happening for seeded roles.
