Hello,

Is there a way in Oracle RN system so set a notification via email for the situations when the active Agents account are more than 5 established? I mean if the number of active agents accounts is higher that the established number we get billed for extra licenses.

I was thinking more like "if the count of unlocked account > 5 then send a notification via email"..

Please help me out.
