issue - Item Images are not showing in Self Service Procurement

Details -

  • Item image is added to the master and child Org.
  • In the BPA level, no image thumbnail was updated
  • Profile option - ORA_POR_DISPLAY_FILE_BASED_MASTER_ITEM_IMAGES is updated as Y
  • Content Zone and catalog - include item all bpa and categories is enabled

Are we missing any set up

any suggestions why the item image is not showing
