Rest API URL length limit oracle application composer

Summary:

there seems to be a limitation on the Rest Get URL length when we register a Rest Webservice using Application Composer. The limit is 256 characters only.

how can we extend this default length of 256? This is a very small size limit and a problem when we try register a Rest get URL which has slightly larger size.
