Unrestricted life event

Hi,

We have a requirement where we need to schedule the unrestricted life event in way where the schedule process should be daily based on an individual's anniversary date. Example, if my hire date is 4/9/2024 I should have the opportunity from 4/9/2025 - 6/30/2025 to make an enrollment selection to become effective the next quarter on 7/1/2025. 

Right now, what's happening is, when we schedule the process, it opens a window every time the process runs. The plan and configuration are in place, we only need to figure out the scheduling part.

If anyone has come across similar requirement or have any suggestion on how we can achieve this is appreciated.
