We have configured an approval workflow for the goal setting: the manager receives a notification when the direct report creates a goal. The manager can approve or request more info about this goal. However, when the manager clicks on the Approve button in the email notification received, it appears another email window where the email address shows as "TO: APPROVE_MAILTOURL". How do we make sure the "TO" actually has the correct email address to send the approval? and the subject line is also blank.
