Multi-select responses (not ****) but words please

I'm trying to write a report for  feedback where the answer text is put in a comma separated list (not a csv, but literally a list of all the responses checked) for multi-select answers.  I have come a little ways, but only 1 response shows at this time, even if more than one checkbox in the "multi-select response" is selected.  The "out of the box" report shows **** or a check picture - but I need to have the answers written out in text and all responses listed.  This makes the data easier to manipulate in Excel's pivot tables.

 

HELP Please!!  I've included both reports that I'm working with.  One has cross-tabs and the other doesn't.  The sooner I can get this resolved, the better- but I'm stuck.
