How LM can recommend jobs for his/her directs in Redwood

I've enabled Redwood, and I am using Grow for explore roles, careers of interest, etc. Career statement, career preferences, etc., will be in S&Q page from 25A.


In previous release, LM may view and recommend careers for directs on the following page.
My team → Quick actions → Career and performance → Career development.


After the enablement of redwood, as a LM when I go to "Career Development" page, i do not see "Explore career". This means that as a line manager, I am unable to recommend jobs for my directs.


Please let me know, "How can LM recommend jobs for his/her directs in Redwood
