Year End Rate Configuration

We are starting to look at OE for 2025. I am having difficulties with those that have a life event in December and we drop coverage such as dental. Coverage for us would continue through the end of the month, but we want the rates to end on last day of the pay period of the payroll year to ensure they are not picked up on the first check in 2026. In addition to if our life event configuration changes then we need to ensure that coverage goes through month end, but the rate can end on
