Group Interviews Limitation in the Recruitment Process

We are facing a limitation in the current interview scheduling functionality within the recruitment module: only one-to-one (1:1) interviews are allowed.

Currently, the system only supports scheduling interviews between one candidate and one interviewer at a time. However, one of our clients requires the ability to schedule group interviews, where one or more interviewers can meet with a group of candidates in a single session.

This limitation causes several issues:

• Group sessions with multiple candidates are not possible.
• Interviewers need to schedule separate interviews for each candidate.
• It negatively affects both efficiency and the candidate experience, especially when group dynamics are important to evaluate.
