Supervisor workbench can only schedule backwards and not forwards

in Maintenance

Summary:

it seems that the workbench tries to validate the new start date to the completion date, instead of assigning the new start date and calculating the completion date based on the new start date. So you cant actually move anything forward than anything more than the completion date. In this case I was trying to move the work order forward by 1 day. Doesn't quite make sense.
