"Live" Performance Stats

Hi all,

I have struggled for a while to get live performance stats. I have some, but they are in separate reports.

What I would like to see is a single report with columns to show the following ​for the current day, ​so I can see live performance statistics:

  • ​Staff member name
  • Incidents assigned today (via fill inbox and anything manually assigned)
  • Incident responses sent today
  • Incidents Solved today
  • Average handling time today

It would be great to understand the tables required and expression for each column. I have taken a copy of the "Agent Activity" report and used the same tables and expressions which works fine, but when I select a date range of TODAY e.g. Feb 24th to Feb 25th it's showing nothing. But it does show yesterday Feb 23rd.
