Search filter for Suggested Goals in Goal Creation page

Summary:

Hello Everyone,

When we try creating a goal in goal center (redwood), we are seeing suggested goals on right hand side which is a good to have functionality. But it is giving a long list of results (Suggested goals from previous year performance document, previous year goals, organization goals, shared goals etc.,) hence we would like to check if we can enable a filter for suggested goals for betterment of end user experience.
