Hide Email address of Colleagues when My Goals are shared in Redwood Page

Hi,

We are trying to hide or remove the email address of colleagues when an employee try to share his Goals from My Goals page in fusion Redwood page.
This is because we do have some external employee who has personal email as primary and its not recommended to be seen by others when search for those employees to share their goals. I did tried to look into VB studio if I can able to hide that particular field when searched for workers but couldn't able to get to that point.
Does anyone implemented this solution or some workaround would be much appreciated
