Reporting on Answers with Conditional Sections

Is it possible to report on Answers that contain Conditional Sections? I didn't see anything in the data dictionary that would represent Conditional Sections.

Basically what I would like to do is query for Answers that contain a specific phrase and Conditional Section = Null.
