Is it possible to use 2-Way Communication in Recruiting Booster without Email Provider?

Hello,
our customer has decided against M365 integration in the Recruiting Cloud.
Since they have licensed Recruiting Booster and want to use the 2-way communication feature, we are now asking if there is a possibility to use it without any email provider.
