Deliver Balance Forward Bill ending in error with insufficient privileges after 25A

Hi Team,

Business User who used to run Create and Confirm Balance Forward Bills processes regularly is facing challenges after 25A update in running the programs. Especially the process "Deliver Balance Forward Bill" is ending in error stating that the user does not have sufficient privileges.

The user has Accounts Receivable Manager. Accounts Receivable Specialist, Billing Manager and Billing Specialist Roles, still the issue persists.

Can anyone advise if there has been any security update around these processes and what other role is needed to run the Deliver Balance Forward Bill successfully to customer contacts.
