Created a global transfer life event but collapsing rule is not working for it

edited Apr 16, 2025 11:37PM in Benefits 3 comments

We have created a Global Transfer life event, and after performing this transaction, multiple life events triggered—such as Termination, New Hire, Assignment Category, and Global Transfer—are being triggered simultaneously. To handle this, we configured a collapsing rule; however, it is not working as expected. The Termination event is getting processed and closed, the Assignment Category event is voided, while the other two remain in the detected phase.
Additionally, the system is assigning the Termination date as one day prior to the Hire date.

Also the Global Transfer life event is also getting triggered during new hire transactions.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue, or does anyone have a workaround? Your support in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
